Kamouraska Bacon Vodka

Slightly sweet, with a touch of Smoked Paprika, Kamouraska Bacon Vodka is the perfect addition to your Bloody Caesar. Try it on the rocks, as a shooter, or in the BLT, a cocktail created by Kamouraska’s mixologists using steak spice and BBQ sauce. Other Kamouraska flavoured vodkas include Ice Cream and Maple.

- 1 1/2 oz of Kamouraska Bacon Vodka
- 1/2 oz of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce
- 3 oz of Caesare mix
- 10 arugala leaves
- Montréal Steak spices
- Ice cubes

- Dip the rim of a glass into lemon juice and then in the Montréal steak spices
- Pour the Kamouraska Bacon Vodka, the remaining lemon juice, the BBQ sauce and Caesare mix into a glass
- Finely chop the aragula leaves and add it to the mix
- Add ice cubes, stir, and decorate with bacon and/or lemon slice if desired
