Located in the Ontario Niagara Peninsula, Tawse vineyards produce Ecocert-certified organic wines. Their holistic production methods, such as biodynamic agriculture, carefully consider the impact of cycles and natural phenomena on living organisms. The vineyard was named best vineyard in Canada in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
You can’t go wrong with the 2010 Estate Chardonnay, gold medallist at the Canadian Wine Awards. A very well balanced wine with a complex character, the 2010 Estate Chardonnay can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif, or to accompany a vegetarian dish, pasta with a creamy sauce, chicken, pork, or salmon. Allow yourself to succumb to its fresh citrus flavour, the aroma of Macintosh apples and pears, its sweet notes of vanilla, and the spiciness of the oak barrels.
13% alc./vol. Priced at $37.95 per bottle or $455.50 for a case of 12 bottles.
