The Flameless Grill Smoker offers many safe and simple options. It is a portable metal box that holds wood chips inside, and is placed directly on top of a charcoal grill or gas burners.
The vents on the lid allow just enough oxygen in to produce smoke without actually generating flames. The slow-cooking function will maximize the infusion of the smoky flavour from the wood chips into your meats. Ready, set, barbecue!
