The unique designs on the blades of Tatau kitchen knives make them not only practical but also beautiful. Tatau is Polynesian for “tattoo”, which explains the collection’s name. A quick glance to the blade is enough to find out the specific use of each of the knives. Alessi’s best designers worked to make all the blades adapted to particular tasks, whether you use them to peel fruit, chop vegetables, cut meats or even slice bread. The unique shape and dimensions of the handle have been calculated to perfection, and the materials used are selected with utmost care. What’s missing? Just your cooking skills!
