Baxtton offers shipping within Canada only.

To benefit from free shipping, your order must come to a total of at least $100 before taxes.

 

SHIPPING FEES *

For purchases totalling less than $100 before taxes, basic shipping fees are as follows:

As with deliveries to remote areas, additional fees may be applied for large-sized articles, hazardous products and parcels weighing over 4.5 kg (10 lb.).

On the website, hazardous products, large-sized articles and parcels weighing over 4.5 kg (10 lb.) are identified as such in the product description. Baxtton cannot be held responsible if a given product is not so identified and additional shipping fees are applicable. When additional shipping fees are applied, you will be notified by email by Baxtton Customer Service.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on the destination of the parcel plus 1 to 5 working days for processing. As soon as we ship your parcel you will be notified by email, along with an ID code with which you can track your parcel on the carrier website.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via third party carrier. The parcel must be received and the delivery slip signed. The shipping address can be different from the billing address. No deliveries can be made to post office boxes. The payment transaction must be completed and accepted before Baxtton will ship your order.

Delivery of your order is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier. If you are absent when your order is delivered, it will be your responsibility to pick up your parcel as specified by the rules of the carrier. Your order will be shipped to the address provided when you placed your order. Shipping fees are not calculated per item, but per order (an order being composed of any number of items).

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible once your order is accepted. Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of products in stock.

Check your email for a message with the tracking number for your parcel. With this number, you can check the status of your shipment on the carrier website.

 

SALES POLICY

Prices for each product you order through baxtton.com are the prices displayed on the Website at the time of your purchase. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping and handling, and applicable taxes are not included in the price.

Baxtton reserves the right to modify the prices displayed on its Website at any time and without prior notice.

 

PAYMENT METHODS AND BILLING PAYPAL?

Payment by credit card is the only accepted form of payment for products displayed on baxtton.com. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. When you purchase a product on baxtton.com you may print a preliminary invoice. The confirmation email that you will receive shortly thereafter from baxtton.com also constitutes a preliminary invoice.

 

ACCEPTING OR REFUSING A PURCHASE ORDER

Receiving an order confirmation email from baxtton.com does not necessarily mean that Baxtton has accepted your order, and does not confirm that Baxtton is under obligation to sell the products included in the order.

Baxtton reserves the right, without any or further notice, to refuse to do business with a client and/or to establish limited quantities for any product included in an order.

 

GUARANTEES

The Quebec Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act provide guarantees in the event of hidden defects and for the use of the goods sold. These guarantees also apply to the present sale. In no case does this guarantee minimize or cancel the manufacturer’s legal guarantee, if applicable.

 

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

An out-of-stock product is a product that is not available, making it impossible to fulfill a complete purchase. It is possible that the product is being ordered, not available, or recalled by the manufacturer. It may also mean that a product has been discontinued (in this case, you will be notified at a later date).

Baxtton does not guarantee the availability of products displayed on its Website. Please note that orders for out-of-stock products that have not been processed by suppliers after seven (7) days will be cancelled. Baxtton Customer Service will notify you accordingly.

Baxtton.com is not responsible for any prejudices caused by any product being out of stock.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Baxtton cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise displayed on its Website. However, if Baxtton cannot ship one or more ordered products due to a stock shortage, you may choose to receive a partial order or to wait for the missing merchandise in order to receive a complete delivery.

In such event, Baxtton will notify you by email when the merchandise becomes available.

Baxtton cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by any type of stock shortage.

TAXES

Baxtton calculates taxes based on the address to which the order will be shipped. For orders shipped within Canada, the taxes will depend on the province. For example, for Quebec the taxes to be added are the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and the Provincial Sales Tax (PST).

 

PAYMENT

All purchases are payable by credit card or Paypal only. Only Discover Card, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa cards are accepted. The amount indicated must be paid using the procedure described during registration. The customer agrees to pay the total cost and fees related to the product purchased, including taxes. Baxtton may modify the price after proper notification to the customer. The customer alone is responsible for the actual payment for a product. The customer bears sole responsibility for the credit card payment for the service offered. Baxtton is not responsible for any payment problems that may arise through the Paypal.

 

RISKS

All purchases through baxtton.com are accepted on the basis of a shipping contract. This means that any risks involving loss or ownership related to the merchandise are transferred to you when we hand off the merchandise to the carrier.

 

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Online shopping with Baxtton is secure. Your personal information, as well as information about your credit card, is transmitted electronically in encrypted form to ensure that it remains confidential. It cannot be intercepted, altered or decoded by a third party.
