The 2008 Ford Mustang Bullitt, a Tribute to Steve McQueen

Who can forget the legendary car chase through the streets of San Francisco from the movie Bullitt, starring Steve McQueen? Although it will most likely remain unrivalled, Ford decided to produce a Bullitt version in 2008:  a special edition of the Mustang.

Needless to say, the 2008 Mustang Bullitt is not an exact replica of the original, but the designers paid much attention to detail in order to create the most perfect engine. Take away the Ford and Mustang logos, add the default Highland Green shade, and there you have it: Steve McQueen’s very own.
 

Even if this model is no longer for sale, the Mustang remains a classic and the 2013 model is definitely worth taking a look at!
