Last week, Samsung unveiled its latest smart camera, equipped with an Android operating system. A great idea, especially for those who want to tweak their images right on their camera, via third-party applications, or anyone subscribed to an online photo sharing service like Instagram.
Available soon, Samsung’s camera is compact, with a 23 mm wide-angle lens, a F2.8 aperture, 21x optical zoom and a CMOS 16 megapixel sensor.
Although the camera is standard, its Android features are really what makes it stand out, featuring a powerful quad core processor, Android 4.1 operating system and generous 4.8 inch screen. In fact, some say that in many ways, the Samsung Galaxy Camera is more powerful than most of the Android phones on the Canadian market.
Another interesting detail… The camera is expected to come with a 50 GB Dropbox account, free for 2 years, allowing you to automatically and easily save your snapshots online.
